Refreshing BCAA Mojito Mocktail

Are you getting bored of just mixing your BCAA powder with water and do you want to indulge in something tasty but healthy? Here's a recipe for delicious and refreshing BCAA Mojito Mocktails. They are super easy to make and are the perfect refreshing drink for your workout.

What do you need?

  • 5g of BCAA powder (we recommend Orange & Mango or Lime Mint flavour)
  • 10 mint leaves
  • 1/2 fresh lime (cut into 4 wedges)
  • 1/4 mango (cut into chunks)
  • 1 handful crushed ice
  • 1 dash of soda water


Now let’s make them

 

  1. Place BCAA powder, mint and mango into a glass and muddle using the back-end of a spoon (preferably wooden), press down gently on the leaves and lightly twist the spoon
  2. Squeeze all the lime wedges into the glass, and leave 2 lime wedges in the glass
  3. Fill the glass till the edge with crushed ice and top with soda
  4. Use a long spoon to stir the mocktail
