Peanut Butter Protein Balls

If you’re looking for a healthy snack for when you’re feeling a bit peckish, then these peanut butter protein balls are right for you! You only need five ingredients to make this, and it will only take you 10 minutes. Here’s how you make this delicious snack.

What do you need?

- 1 ½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 cup natural peanut butter
- ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
- 2 scoops (about 50-60g) Whey Protein or Vegan Protein in chocolate flavour
- 2 tbsp chocolate chips

Now let’s make them…

- Stir the rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, protein powder and chocolate chips in a large bowl to combine all ingredients.
- To combine the mixture, it takes a little arm muscle and it may seem too thick at first, but it will come together as you keep mixing, use your hand if needed.
- Once combined, use a small scoop to scoop up the dough.
- Roll into balls.
- Store in a covered container in the fridge or freezer.
