Delicious Carrot Cake protein Bars
Do you love carrot cake but don’t want to consume too many calories? We have the perfect recipe for you! These delicious carrot cake protein bars make the perfect healthy snack and will provide you with protein. We chose to use 100% Whey Protein Concentrate, but you can substitute with 100% Whey Protein Isolate or Vegan Protein powder.

What do you need?

- 1 Cup rolled oats
- 2 Scoops Yalla Protein 100% Whey Protein Concentrate (you can also use Whey Protein Isolate or Vegan Protein)
- 1 Carrot, shredded
- 4 Medjool dates, soaked and drained
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp almond butter
- 1 Tsp vanilla extract
- ½ Tsp cinnamon

Let’s get started!

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend on high until the mixture comes together and is sticky.
3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a lined loaf tin.
4. Place in the freezer for 30 minutes to firm up.
5. Cut into even bars.
6. Store the bars in the freezer in an airtight container.
