Low Carb Choc Chip Protein Cookies

Looking for a delicious low carb snack? Well, we have the recipe for these delicious low carb chocolate chip protein cookies. Using either fast release protein or slow release protein that can be a suitable snack any time of the day.

Recipe:

- 2 Scoops 100% Whey Protein Isolate - Vanilla or 100% Casein - Vanilla
- 6 Tbsp Coconut Flour
- ½ tsp Vanilla Essence / Extract
- 1 Egg
- ½ tsp Baking Powder
- 60g Butter
- Pinch of Salt
- 1-2 tbsp Stevia / Splenda / Natvia
- 60g Dark Chocolate Chips

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 180c
- Whisk all wet ingredients in a bowl
- Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Once mixed, add dry ingredients to wet ingredients to form dough
- Fold in Choc Chips
- Place 6 rounded balls onto baking tray, press each ball down slightly
- Bake for 8-10 mins until golden brown
