Banana Protein Pancakes By Chelsea

Tasty, nutritious and truly fluffy pancakes with added protein that will get you through the day.

 

Recipe:

1/2 Cup of Oats

1 Egg + 1 Egg White

1/2 Cup of Cold Water

1 or 2 Scoops of 100% Whey Protein Isolate - Banana (or any flavour of your preference) 

1 tsp of Coconut Oil (add to the pan for cooking)

 

Steps:

1. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl

2. Add water and eggs

3. Mix with an electric beater or whisk by hand

4. Add coconut oil to the pan and pour mixture into the pan

5. Flip once bubbles appear on the top side of the pancake

Makes one large, delicious, protein filled pancake

 

Total Calories: Approx. 376kCal (Protein = 40g, Carbs = 30g, Fat = 10g)

 

As an extra treat, add fruits / sugar free syrup / greek yoghurt or peanut butter as topping
